Classic Beef Burgers

Using: Beef Mince (1kg)
Ingredients:
- 500g beef mince
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, cheese, and condiments of choice
Method:
- In a bowl, mix beef mince, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and egg. Shape into four patties.
- Heat a grill or frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Toast burger buns, then assemble with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and condiments.
- Serve hot with chips or a fresh salad.
