Classic Beef Burgers

Serves: 4 | Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 10 mins

Using: Beef Mince (1kg)

Ingredients:

  • 500g beef mince
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, cheese, and condiments of choice

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix beef mince, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and egg. Shape into four patties.
  2. Heat a grill or frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side.
  3. Toast burger buns, then assemble with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and condiments.
  4. Serve hot with chips or a fresh salad.
