Returns & Refunds Policy
At Beef and More, we take pride in delivering high-quality, ethically raised meat straight from our farm to your table. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy to ensure food safety and customer satisfaction.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at dee@beefandmore.com.au if:
- Your order arrives damaged or spoiled
- You receive the wrong item
- There are any concerns about the quality of the meat
We will evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any perishable goods, including our beef boxes. Once meat has left our farm, we cannot guarantee its storage conditions, and therefore, returned products cannot be resold or redistributed.
Refunds & Credits
Refunds or credits will only be issued if:
- The product was delivered in an unacceptable condition (spoiled, damaged, or incorrect items)
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The meat was properly handled upon arrival (see food safety guidelines below)
If your refund request is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at dee@beefandmore.com.au
Food Safety Guidelines (Required for Refund Eligibility)
To ensure the safety and quality of your meat, please follow these storage guidelines immediately upon delivery:
- Refrigeration: Store beef at 5°C or below within 2 hours of delivery (or within 1 hour if the outside temperature is 32°C or above).
- Freezing: For longer storage, freeze meat at -15°C or below.
- Check for Safety: Ensure meat is cold to the touch, properly sealed, and shows no signs of thawing or excessive liquid in the packaging.
- Ground Meat: Should be refrigerated within 1-2 days; other beef cuts can be stored for 3-5 days in the refrigerator.

How to Request a Refund or Report an Issue
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours at dee@beefandmore.com.au with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
